Technology has become a big part in our lives, it is also important to keep a balance to assure well-being. One of the most important habits for a well-balanced life is to stay active. Thirty minutes of exercise daily might help with digital health. Find physical activities to do that you enjoy. In my case I love exercising, Zumba, and walks around my neighborhood. Technology is important so is our health, therefore a well balance will help with digital health.
