Description: Another application that I found interesting was makebeliefscomix.com this application is easy to use, the features are user friendly, and students can create their own comics and send it to their emails, practicing grammar and vocabulary while using a fun tool to create innovating comics. There is no sign in required which also means that comics cannot be saved other than sent to their e-mails.
Students can choose their characters and designs; it can be used with computers and IPads. Students can create comic strips in different languages to practice writing and reading. Directions are available in English and Spanish. Comics can be used to demonstrate understanding of a particular topic or used for a creative writing assignment.

This site has different groups where teachers can share and build their professional network. The Edmodo network enables teachers to share content, distribute quizzes, assignments, and manage communication with students, colleagues, and parents. It is free for teachers; you can create your classes and give the code to students and parents to sign up; it is like having your virtual classroom.
